March Construction Update
Construction on both Country and Urban Living Stage 1 is now complete. This section of the estate is absolutely stunning. The tree lined streets look fantastic and will be even more amazing in years to come.
We are excited to announce that our first titles have been issued at The Fairways! Country Living stage 1 land owners have commenced soil testing on titled lots and we have our first build underway. We can’t wait to see the first new homes popping up, it’s very exciting1
Urban Living purchasers can also look forward to making building preparations shortly, with titles expected very soon. Construction is now complete on this stage and with the final power audit booked for next week, we expect a statement of compliance will follow shortly after. Once the statement of compliance is issued by Baw Baw Shire, we will prepare lodgement for land titles and purchasers will be notified.
Initial earthworks are now complete on Urban Living stages 3 through 5, and earthworks have commenced on Country Living stage 2 & 3. It is certainly a very busy site at the moment, with essential drainage works and upgrades also taking place on McGlones Road. Please be aware that while these works take place, access to Country Living stage 1 is only possible via Fairway Drive. Construction on McGlones road upgrade is scheduled for completion by the end of May.
