The Fairways Construction Update
Registrations of interest are now open for the release of stage 1 of The Fairways Estate. The Fairways Estate is nestled between the Drouin Golf Course and M1, offering connectivity to the south east, green country promises and the dream of an active lifestyle.
The Fairways Estate will be offering both Country and Urban living options, with the Country Estate living offering half acre allotments and Urban Living allotments ranging from 400-750 square metre blocks.
Registrations of interest opened last week with the release of the Estate to the public via social media. We have already been flooded with enquiries in this very early stage and encourage anyone interested in the premium land and lifestyle in Drouin to register now. First option on stage 1 release for both Urban and Country living will be released first to the registrations list once prices and terms are made available.
With construction underway now of Stage 1 both Urban and Country Living the Estate is scheduled to be released in late February to Early March in 2020.
